Returns and Exchanges

NATY LONDON will only be obligated to accept product returns or exchanges when, at the time of delivery of the respective product and/or service, it is determined that it does not correspond to the characteristics displayed on this site or with the agreement made with the customer.

Whenever the request for exchange or return is presented for reasons not attributable to NATY LONDON, the credit that will be granted for the respective exchange or return will amount to the net value of the product and/or service, not including the transportation cost, which is assumed by the customer, who must also assume the transportation charges generated as a consequence of the product and/or service collection, as well as the new shipment.

If for any reason the shoe size is not correct, the customer has a deadline to inform NATYLONDON store within a maximum of five (5) days following receipt, to manage the size exchange. Shipping costs will be assumed by the customer, since the footwear is fully stipulated to be in accordance with each size according to the shoe model. This also applies to any exchange request, including clothing, belts, or bags.

Under no circumstances will promotional products be exchanged, since they are products that go out of stock and cannot be replaced with an identical reference. Nor can they be replaced or exchanged for a regular line product or latest collection.

Money refund or payment reversal process: Only effective for e-commerce. Once the customer sends their request, it will be reviewed and the respective documentation will be sent for their request, within 30 calendar days from the date.
