GENERAL SALES POLICIES
Some prices in our online store apply exclusively to online purchases.

You may only remove products from your order before making payment.
HOW DO SHIPPING SERVICES WORK?
We ship to ALL of Colombia.
Your shipment will be made within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
The order will be dispatched once payment is confirmed. At this stage, the tracking number will be generated.
Shipments are sent from the city of Cali, therefore delivery time will depend on the city where your purchase was registered.
You will receive your order at the exact address provided at checkout. The address cannot be changed once the tracking number has been generated.

NATY LONDON STORE offers customers the possibility of purchasing products through the Internet. The terms and conditions governing purchases through this channel are those stated herein and must be accepted by the customer as an essential condition for accessing NATY LONDON products through this Site.
Purchases through this website are available exclusively to customers with legal capacity under Colombian law. Therefore, NATY LONDON is not obligated to accept offers from customers lacking such capacity.
If any provision of this document is considered null, illegal, or ineffective, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

The site requires customer registration to allow personalized service. This is done through the LOGIN section, where a registration form for new customers is available.
All requested information must be completed.
Registered customers only need to enter their username and password to make future purchases.
The Store does not process credit card charges nor store sensitive payment information. NATY LONDON uses Wompi and Addi as payment processors, which comply with all security standards.
The Store was developed to ensure that your personal data remains confidential.
SERVICE
The Site reserves the right to modify or update any information related to service conditions without prior notice.
The Site may suspend service temporarily or permanently without prior notice.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Promotional prices will be honored for products registered on the same day.
All information is encrypted before being transmitted online.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Customers must select payment terms according to the available methods on the site.
NATY LONDON is not responsible for failures in banking communications or damages caused by third-party interference.
Once payment is verified, NATY LONDON may accept or partially accept an order and refund any non-approved amounts without interest.
SHIPPING COSTS OR TAXES
Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility at checkout.
In case of exchanges, returns, or warranties, handling and insurance fees must also be assumed by the customer.
For purchases via Instagram or WhatsApp, if delivery fails due to absence or address issues, reshipping costs must again be covered by the customer.
ORDER AND DELIVERY
Orders will be reviewed and may be accepted or rejected partially.
Delivery is limited to Colombian territory.
Delivery time is approximately five (5) business days after dispatch.
Anyone present at the delivery address is authorized to receive the order.
If no one is available, the order will be returned and the customer must request reshipment within five (5) calendar days and cover the additional costs.
ID must be shown upon delivery and the delivery receipt must be signed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are only accepted when the product does not match its description.
If the cause is not attributable to NATY LONDON, shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Shoe size changes must be requested within five (5) days of receipt.
Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refund requests apply only to online purchases and may take up to 30 calendar days.
WARRANTY POLICIES
Products purchased from WWW.NATYLONDON.COM.CO include a 50-day warranty.
Warranty claims must be reported to WhatsApp 3011265353 as soon as possible.
The product must be returned clean and in good condition.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Products will be repaired or replaced if repair is not possible.
A purchase invoice is required.

• Wrinkles from flexing
• Stains due to improper cleaning

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
NATY LONDON does not provide technical assistance after delivery.
LIMITED LIABILITY
NATY LONDON’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Colombian law.
Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Cali, Colombia.
